Ingredients of Tandoori momos

  1. You need 1 cup of maida.
  2. You need 1 of onion cubed.
  3. You need 1 of capsicum cubed.
  4. Prepare 1 of Small sized grated cauliflower.
  5. It's 1 tsp of grated ginger.
  6. It's 1 of small size onion finely chopped.
  7. Prepare 1 of capsicum small size finely chopped.
  8. Prepare 1tsp of Black pepper Powder.
  9. It's As per taste of Salt.
  10. Prepare 3-4 tbsp of curd.
  11. You need 1 tsp of ketchup.
  12. Prepare 2 tbsp of tandoori mayonnise.
  13. Prepare As per taste of Red chilli powder.
  14. It's 1 tsp of Garam masala.

Rotate and cook until there are black spots over them on medium flame. The momos will be cooked once the black spots appear. A serious upgrade from the classic momos, these are tossed in tandoori paste and chargrilled to perfection. Dip in mint chutney, and serve with a side of spiced onion and carrot salad to create a vibrant appetizer.

Tandoori momos instructions

  1. For stuffing:- Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil in it and add grated cauliflower, ginger,onion and capsicum in it. Add salt and black pepper powder as per your taste and saute for 2-3 mins..
  2. Now take a bowl add maida and a pinch of salt and little bit of oil and mix them well and knead a dough add water gradually. Knead a soft dough..
  3. Now take a small portion from the dough.and roll it into thin small sized roti and fill it with the stuffing..
  4. Now take a small pan add 2 tsp of oil in it and pan fried these momos.till they turn golden brown.take them out and keep aside..
  5. For tandoori flavour:- take a bowl add curd it.now add salt,red chilli powder,garam masala,tandoori mayonnise and ketchup in it..
  6. Now add all your momos and onion and capsicum in it (cube shaped) mix them gently using your hands or a spoon..
  7. Now add a little bit of butter in a pan (2 tsp) and pan fried these momos along with the veggies. Till they change colour and turns crispy..
  8. Now take them out in a plate.sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot..
