Ingredients of Coconut paan ladoo
- You need of beetel leaves.
- Prepare of condensed milk.
- You need of coconut powder.
- It's of coconut powder for coating.
- Prepare of rose petals(red).
- You need of sugar.
- Prepare of fennel seeds.
- You need of honey.
- You need of ghee.

Coconut paan ladoo instructions
- To prepare gulkaand(stuffing) we need to crush the rose petals well, heat pan add sugar, crushed rose petals and fennel seed and stir until sugar dissolve once thickened put off the flame and let it cool add honey and combine well. It will be of consistancy of jam. Our stuffing is done..
- In a food processor add condensed milk,beetel leaves(make sure middle vein of leaf is removed) green food colour and combine well in pulse.
- Heat non stick pan and add this paan mixture and stir well, now add coconut powder combine and stir until mixture thicken and forms into a dough, switch off the flame and allow it to cool.
- Now grease ur palm with ghee, take little portion of dough and flatten it, place 1/2 teaspoon of gulkand(stuffing) in middle combine all the edges together and roll it into a shape of ladoo.
- Coat it with coconut powder and your ladoos are done. Garnish it with little gulkand on top.serve.
