Ingredients of Aata Haldi Laddu
- You need of whole wheat flour.
- It's of turmeric powder.
- You need of raisins.
- You need of cumin seeds.
- You need of fennel seeds.
- Prepare of pepper corns.
- You need of cloves.
- It's of green cardemom.
- Prepare of cinnamon stick.
- It's of ginger powder.
- It's of ghee.
- It's of powdered sugar.
It is not sticky like chapatti atta. When you take it in hand and press it will spread easily. Keep little warm water in a vessel with cloth piece ready. Now take a big lemon size and press it slowly to make it round.
Aata Haldi Laddu step by step
- Heat 1/4cup ghee in a heavy bottomed kadahi.Add wheat flour and roast on low flame..
- Roast for 25-30 minutes till a nice fragrence emits.Meanwhile dry roast all the spices on low flame for 5 minutes.(exept turmeric powder)..
- Grind the spices coarsely..
- Add to flour,mix.Add turmeric powder also.Mix and further roast for 5 minutes..
- Add raisins to the flour.Mix and add powdered sugar.Roast for more 5 minutes on low flame..
- Put off flame and take out flour mixture into a plate.Let be cooled.Add remaining ghee.Mix well and make lemon sized laddus.Best for immunity boosting and also relieve from cold and cough.Can be stored upto 1 month..
