Ingredients of Aata Haldi Laddu

  1. You need of whole wheat flour.
  2. It's of turmeric powder.
  3. You need of raisins.
  4. You need of cumin seeds.
  5. You need of fennel seeds.
  6. Prepare of pepper corns.
  7. You need of cloves.
  8. It's of green cardemom.
  9. Prepare of cinnamon stick.
  10. It's of ginger powder.
  11. It's of ghee.
  12. It's of powdered sugar.

It is not sticky like chapatti atta. When you take it in hand and press it will spread easily. Keep little warm water in a vessel with cloth piece ready. Now take a big lemon size and press it slowly to make it round.

Aata Haldi Laddu step by step

  1. Heat 1/4cup ghee in a heavy bottomed kadahi.Add wheat flour and roast on low flame..
  2. Roast for 25-30 minutes till a nice fragrence emits.Meanwhile dry roast all the spices on low flame for 5 minutes.(exept turmeric powder)..
  3. Grind the spices coarsely..
  4. Add to flour,mix.Add turmeric powder also.Mix and further roast for 5 minutes..
  5. Add raisins to the flour.Mix and add powdered sugar.Roast for more 5 minutes on low flame..
  6. Put off flame and take out flour mixture into a plate.Let be cooled.Add remaining ghee.Mix well and make lemon sized laddus.Best for immunity boosting and also relieve from cold and cough.Can be stored upto 1 month..
