- Prepare of Sooji/semolina, grind it well.
- Prepare of Ghee.
- Prepare of Almonds.
- You need of Cashews.
- It's of Raisins.
- You need of Powdered Sugar.
- Prepare of Milk powder.
- It's of Coconut powder.
- Prepare of Cardamom powder.

Sooji ke Laddoo instructions
- In kadaai, heat 2 tbsp of ghee on low heat. Once hot, add sooji and roast it., stir it continuously, for approx 6 or 7 mins. (You don't want it to stick to the wok.).
- Add coconut powder and dry fruits. Stir well..
- Add milk powder, cardamom powder and sugar. Mix well. Mixture is ready. Let it to cool..
- Now add 1 or 2 tbsp (as required) of milk in the mixture..
- Take a small amount of mixture in your hand. Press stud it with your hands, make a round shape. Repeat the process till the mixture is over..
- Sooji ke Laddoos are ready.
- Note- Keep them at room temperature..
