- Ina pan take 1 tbsp ghee and add chopped cashews and almonds and saute on low flame till nice crisp..
- Melt ghee and keep..
- Ina big bowl take poha jaggery mixture and add fried nuts and mix well. Add 1 tbsp ghee at a time and mix well. Add ghee till it binds nicely into ladoos. Keep it to dry for sometime.Then store in airtight container..
