I wanted to try this mango ladoo using khoya but was not able to reach out to it and had no patience to make homemade khoya so used dessicated coconut. Mango Ladoo Cake step by step
- Take a bowl and add all the flour and add ghee and mix it well.
- Now add Mango pulp and make a dough.
- Give it oval shape and fry it till golden brown and when it comes at room temperature crush it and take it in a bowl.
- Now take a pan and add ghee in it and Jaggery when Jaggery is melted switch off the gas and add ginger powder, cardamom powder, dry fruit, fried gund and jayfl powder in it.
- Mix it well..
- Now add this mixture of Jaggery in the crushed mixture..
- Mix it well and give it heart shape with the mould. Take three different sizes..
- Now keep it in descending order and decorate with whipped cream..
