Fry the red chile peppers, cumin seeds, and whole cloves in the hot oil until the cumin seeds begin to splutter; stir the onion paste into the mixture and cook, stirring frequently, until golden brown. RAjma curry step by step
- Firstly soaked the rajma overnight and boil for 10 minutes..
- Take a pressure cooker and add oil in it and add cumin seeds and ginger paste and garlic paste and saute it and add to onion paste and green chilli paste and cook until it becomes brown..
- Then add tomato puree in it and all spices in it and cook until it leaves the oil..
- Then add rajma in it and 2 to 3 glasses water and after 2 whistle the rajma is ready now garnish with coriander leaves..
You can have it with paratha or roti/phulka.
