Ingredients of Rajma
- You need 1 cup of rajma soaked for 6-7 hours.
- You need as needed of Green leafy coriander.
- You need of Salt as per taste.
- It's 1/4 tbs of turmeric powder.
- It's 1/4 tbs of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 tbs of coriander powder.
- It's 2 of green chillies.
- It's of Oil.
- You need 2 of chopped onions.
- Prepare 2 of chopped tomatoes.
- Prepare 1 tbs of ginger garlic paste.
- It's 1/4 tbs of garam masala.

Rajma step by step
- Firstly boil the rajma for 20-25 minutes (high to low flame).
- Take oil in pan..
- Add chopped(in grinder and make paste) onions,tomato,green chilli and ginger garlic paste..
- Cook it till the water completely soaked and paste colour changes golden brown.
- Add salt, red chilli, turmeric powder,coriander powder.
- Cook it for 5 minutes.
- Add rajma in it and cook it for 5-10 minutes, add garam masala.
- Garnish with green leafy coriander.
- Ready to serve with chapati or rice.
