Ingredients of Rajma

  1. You need 1 cup of rajma soaked for 6-7 hours.
  2. You need as needed of Green leafy coriander.
  3. You need of Salt as per taste.
  4. It's 1/4 tbs of turmeric powder.
  5. It's 1/4 tbs of red chilli powder.
  6. Prepare 1 tbs of coriander powder.
  7. It's 2 of green chillies.
  8. It's of Oil.
  9. You need 2 of chopped onions.
  10. Prepare 2 of chopped tomatoes.
  11. Prepare 1 tbs of ginger garlic paste.
  12. It's 1/4 tbs of garam masala.

  1. Firstly boil the rajma for 20-25 minutes (high to low flame).

  3. Add chopped(in grinder and make paste) onions,tomato,green chilli and ginger garlic paste..
  4. Cook it till the water completely soaked and paste colour changes golden brown.
  5. Add salt, red chilli, turmeric powder,coriander powder.
  6. Cook it for 5 minutes.
  7. Add rajma in it and cook it for 5-10 minutes, add garam masala.
  8. Garnish with green leafy coriander.
  9. Ready to serve with chapati or rice.
