  1. It's of soaked rajma(kidney beans).
  2. It's of chopped onions.
  3. Prepare of chopped tomatoes.
  4. You need of paneer.
  5. Prepare of garam msala.
  6. You need of coriander powder.
  7. You need of red chilli powder.
  8. You need of turmeric powder.
  9. Prepare of chopped ginger.
  10. You need of garlic paste.
  11. You need of baking soda.
  12. It's of mustard oil.

Rajma with paneer instructions

  1. First cut the paneer keep it aside..
  2. Soaked rajma wash and drain it..
  3. Now heat the cooker add some oil then add paneer and fry it and remove the plate and keep it aside..
  4. Now again take some oil then add cumin, green cardamom, black cardamom, bayleaves,cinnamon and temper it then add chopped onion saute it until golden brown then add all given spices and chopped tomatoes,salt as per your taste satue it until it becomes tender on lower flame then add rajma, baking soda water as needed cover the lid wait until 4 whistles now cook on lowe flame for 20 mins..
  5. Let's cool completely open the lid and add fried paneer and cook for 5 mins on low flame and garnish with coriander leaves its ready to serve..
