- You need 2 tbsp of dhaniya powder.
- You need 1 tbsp of cumin seeds.

Rajma Rice step by step
- First take Rajma Beans and wash it under running cold water and soak for 8 hours or overnight then boil in pressure cooker for 4 whistles..
- Roughly chopped or grind tomatoes, green chillies and ginger by blender, make a smooth paste of it. Heat the oil in pan or kadhai add cumin seeds and hing when it sizzles add puree in it..
- When the paste is thick add red chilli, coriander powder and garam masala and stir well till it releases oil and add it with boiled Rajma Beans..
- Lastly add coriander leaves and mix it well and Rajma is ready. Serve with Rice or Chapati. Wash rice in running water and soak for 10 minutes and in a cooker add cumin seeds, tej patta, salt cloves, black pepper, cinnamon and water give two whistles and serve Rice with Rajma hot..
