Ingredients of Rajma Rice

  1. You need 1 cup of Rajma/ kidney Beans.
  2. It's 5 of Tomatoes.
  3. It's 1/4 of Ginger.
  4. You need 4-5 of Green chilli.
  5. Prepare 4 tbsp of salt.
  6. You need 1 tbsp of red chilli.
  7. You need 2 tbsp of dhaniya powder.
  8. You need 1 tbsp of cumin seeds.
  9. It's 1 pinch of hing powder.
  10. It's 1 tbsp of garam masala.
  11. You need 3 tbs of oil.
  12. You need for of Rice-.
  13. It's 1 glass of Basmati Rice.
  14. Prepare 2 glasses of water.

  1. First take Rajma Beans and wash it under running cold water and soak for 8 hours or overnight then boil in pressure cooker for 4 whistles..
  2. Roughly chopped or grind tomatoes, green chillies and ginger by blender, make a smooth paste of it. Heat the oil in pan or kadhai add cumin seeds and hing when it sizzles add puree in it..
  3. When the paste is thick add red chilli, coriander powder and garam masala and stir well till it releases oil and add it with boiled Rajma Beans..
  4. Lastly add coriander leaves and mix it well and Rajma is ready. Serve with Rice or Chapati. Wash rice in running water and soak for 10 minutes and in a cooker add cumin seeds, tej patta, salt cloves, black pepper, cinnamon and water give two whistles and serve Rice with Rajma hot..
