Rajma palak step by step
- Wash rinse and soak the Rajma in lot of water.
- Drain water and pressure cook for 3 whistles Drain and keep the cooked Rajma aside.
- Blanch the spinach in boiling water for few minutes and drain the excess water.
- Grind the blanch spinach with coriander and green chilli.
- Heat oil or butter in a pan add the cumin seed bay leaf and whole red chilli.
- Now add the chopped onions sauté few minutes add garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes off.
- Add all dry masala and Rajma masala and curd mix well now add spinach and coriander pure add salt cook for 2 minutes.
