Ingredients of Rajma Rice

  1. It's 1 cup of Red Rajma.
  2. Prepare 2 of onions.
  3. You need 2 of Tomatoes.
  4. You need 1 of Green chilli.
  5. Prepare 3-4 cloves of Garlic.
  6. Prepare 2" of Ginger.
  7. It's 2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  8. You need 1 tsp of Haldi.
  9. It's 2 tsp of Garam masala.
  10. You need to taste of Salt.
  11. It's 2 of Bay leaves.
  12. Prepare 2 of Cloves.
  13. Prepare 2 " of Cinnamon.
  14. You need 4-5 of Black peppers.

How to Make Rajma Rice Recipe. A combination of perfectly cooked rice with delicious rajma i.e. kidney beans which have been cooked in onion tomato based gravy that is subtly spiced and flavored with ginger and garlic is Rajma Rice. Rajma Rice step by step

  1. Soak rajma overnight..
  2. Add soaked rajma, Cloves, Cinnamon, bay leaves, black pepper, salt in a pressure cooker, add water and take 8-9 whistles or until rajma is cooked..
  3. Grind onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, green chilli in a grinder..
  4. In a non-stick pan, add 3 tbsp oil and add the prepared puree and cook until the oil separates..
  5. Add all the masalas and cook for 2-3 mins..
  6. Now add boiled rajma and some water and take 2-3 boils..
  7. In a pressure cooker and rice, water and salt and take 3 whistles..
  8. Serve hot yummy rajma with rice..
