Ingredients of Rajma
- It's 1 cup of Rajma soaked.
- It's 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of oil.
- You need 4 cup of water.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of oil.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Astafoedia.
- You need 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
- It's 1 tsp of ginger paste.
- You need 2 of tomato pure.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of red chilli.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of gram masala.
- Prepare 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of kitchen king.
- It's 2 tsp of fresh cream.
- You need To taste of Salt.
- It's As needed of Coriander leaves for garnish.

Rajma instructions
- First take a cooker add Rajma,water,salt and turmeric powder and 1 tsp oil mix well.Take 7 to 8 whistle..
- Then heat oil in a wok..Add asafoetida, cumin seeds, ginger paste saute it add tomato pure cook 1 min and all spices...Cook till oil spread..
- Then add cream cook 3 min in slow flame..
- Then mix rajma in pure cook 5 to 8 min cook on low flame..Garnish with coriander leaves..
