Ingredients of Rajma
- It's 250 gms of rajma soaked (5-6)hrs.
- You need of Salt as per taste.
- Prepare 1 of big onion paste.
- You need 1 of big tomato paste.
- You need 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- You need 1 tbsp of butter.
- It's 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
- It's 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 1 tsp of corriander powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of garam masala powder.
- Prepare 2 of green chill chopped.
- It's 11/2 tbsp of oil.
- It's 1/2 tsp of whole cumin seeds.
- Prepare 1 tsp of kasoori methi.
- It's Pinch of hing.

- First boil rajma in a cooker. 3-4 whistle.keep aside, now heat oil in a kadai add cumin seeds add onion paste fry till translucent add tomato paste fry it. Now add ginger garlic paste.green chillies..
- Add all dry masala salt & hing fry well & add kasoori methi..
- Put masala in a cooker,mix with rajma before covering the lid add butter. Butter for creamy texture I prefer..
- Now cover lid and keep for 2-3 whistle till rajma get soft. depend on size of rajma & cooker size how many whistle need..
