- You need 1 tsp of Lemon juice.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.

- First, boil the rajma in pressure cook it until rajma become soft..
- Now heat oil then add mustard seeds, green chillies, curry leaves and then add garam masala red chilli powder, turmeric powder and add chopped tomatoes and add mix the rajma well..
- Then add lemon juice chopped coriander and boiled rice, now again mix well until all ingredients are mixed well..
- Then again add left coriander and serve hot..
