- Prepare 1/2 cup of Kabuli chana/chickpeas.
- You need 1/2 cup of Black chana(chickpeas).
- Prepare 1/4 cup of rajma/kidney beans.
- Prepare 1 of Onion.
- You need 2 of tomatoes.
- It's 1 of green chilli.
- You need 1 tsp of roasted cumin powder.
- You need 1 tsp of chaat masala.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of black salt.
- You need 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 2 pinch of asafoetida powder.
- Prepare 2 tablespoon of lemon juice.
- You need 1 tsp of Tamrind paste.
Take a wide bowl and add boiled rajma to it. Transfer all the chopped veggies to the bowl along with sauteed broccoli, roasted chana and chaat masala. Mix all the ingredients well and drizzle lemon juice over them. Rajma chaat is ready to be served and savoured.

- Soak whole grains over night.
- On a pressure cooker give a whistle and switch of the flame.
- On a wok add 1 tsp oil when hot add cumin seeds and asafoetida add whole grains and all the ingredients mix well switch off the flame garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- I have cranberries I have added those too you can add pomegranate seeds too it has yummy taste full of protein and horse power.
