- Add urad dal and rajma to a large pot and rinse them well a few times..Drain the water and soak them in 8 to 10 cup if water for 5 to 6 hours..
- Later drain water and rinse them well...
- Take pressure cooker and pour soaked dal in it with some water and salt..And cook for 2-3 whistles on high flame...turn off the flame.. let it cool and open the pressure cooker and wash the dal once again...Rub the dal help with your palm...
- Then again add fresh water and milk in it and cook on slow flame for 1 hour..
- After one hour check the dal nash with spoon..Both dal and rajma must cook to very soft..If not...Then pour another 2 cups of water and continue cook for another 1/2 an hour on medium flame..
- Take heavy bottom kadai..Add oil or butter in it. Put jeera and bay leaf in the oil...
- After 2-3 min add onion and fry it for 5 min...
- Add the chopped tomato and chopped green chilli in it. And add the all dry spices in it.fry for another 10 min and Make smooth masala..
- Pour the masala in boiled dal...And boiled them together for 10 to 15 min..Add some fresh cream in it..
