- Prepare 1 inch of ginger.

- Take a bowl wash rajama 2 times with water and soak overnight in the water. After soaking take a cooker and take 4-5 whistles for Rajama it need some more time for cooking..
- For Gravy: Keep a pan on medium flame add oil and add all gravy ingredients roast nicely till it turns dark brown. Once its cooled make a smooth paste in grinder. Now keep a kadhai on medium flame add oil add mustard and jeera seeds let it cracker add gravy paste and cook it nicely. Add all dry spices and mix well..
