- Rinse and soak rajma in water overnight (8hours). Discard the water in the morning and rinse them well. Add 2 cups of fresh water,black peppers, cloves, salt, bay leaf cook them till they become soft- 4 whistles on medium flame.

- Sprouts- Soak the black chana and moong dal overnight. Next day, drain all the water. Wet a clean cotton cloth or kitchen cotton napkin with water and squeeze the excess water from it. Take this damp cloth and keep the soaked beans in the cloth. Tighten and keep this cloth with the beans in it covered in a container for 1 or 2 days. Let the lid on the container be loose and not tight. Afte 1day, y'll see small sprouts and they will grow after 2 days..
- We need to wash the sprouts and then steam them by adding 2-3 tsp of water. Till they are half cooked for crunchy taste..
