- You need 1 cup of tomato puree.

- You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- You need 1 tsp of coriander seed powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of cumin seed powder.
- You need 1/4 tsp of garam masala.
- You need 2 tbs of oil.
- You need 1/4 tsp of cumin seeds.
- You need Pinch of asafoetida.
- It's 1 tsp of kasturi methi.
- It's 1 tsp of lemon juice (optional).
- It's 1 tsp of salt.

- Now add tomato purée. Cover and cook for 5 minutes till the oil is separated. Further add red chilli powder, coriander seed powder, cumin seed powder and garam masala and sauté..
- Add kasuri methi and stir well. Now add cooked rajma and mix all ingredients together well. Cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes till the curry thick..
- Serve hot rajma with rice or chapati..
