- Boil the rajma till extreme..
- Then remove it from the flame..
- Heat the oil in a pan.add cumin seeds,let it crackle..
- Add ginger, garlic paste,stir it..
- Now add onion,brown it..
- Add dry spices, sprinkle 2 tbsp water.mix all spices very well..
- Then add tomato puree.cook it 2 mins...
- Now add boiled rajma with it's water.mix it well.Mix some water if needed,..
- Which consistency of thickness you want,you can add water..
- Add salt mix it..
- Let it boil 10 mins..
- Now remove it from the flame..
- Burn a peice of coal,let it hot, after that put it in small bowl keep it on the cooked rajma,add 1 tsp dessi ghee,& a clove lid it for 2 mins..
- Then remove the coal,& keep it a side..
