  1. Boil the rajma till extreme..
  2. Then remove it from the flame..
  3. Heat the oil in a pan.add cumin seeds,let it crackle..
  4. Add ginger, garlic paste,stir it..
  5. Now add onion,brown it..
  6. Add dry spices, sprinkle 2 tbsp water.mix all spices very well..
  7. Then add tomato puree.cook it 2 mins...
  8. Now add boiled rajma with it's water.mix it well.Mix some water if needed,..
  9. Which consistency of thickness you want,you can add water..
  10. Add salt mix it..
  11. Let it boil 10 mins..
  12. Now remove it from the flame..
  13. Burn a peice of coal,let it hot, after that put it in small bowl keep it on the cooked rajma,add 1 tsp dessi ghee,& a clove lid it for 2 mins..
  14. Then remove the coal,& keep it a side..
