- Take a pressure cooker add rajma and 4 cups water..
- Cook high flame for 20 mins, check your rajma cooked well..
- Heat a pan + oil, add onion, saute well, add ginger garlic paste, cooked well then mixture looking light brown. After add tomato,and green chilli. Add all ingredients. cooked your mixture well. Until look smooth..
- Add all masala in the pressure cooker, simmer without lid For 10 min.,it should not be watery.Add coriander leaves..
- Ready your masala rajma serve with rice & roti..
