Ingredients of Rajma
- It's 100 grams of rajma.
- You need 2 tsp of rock salt.
- You need 1 of elaichi/cardamom.
- Prepare 2 of cloves.
- Prepare 1 of marathi mogga /wailong.
- Prepare 1/2 inch of cinnamon bark.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of shah jeera /black cumin.
- It's 2 of bay leaves.
- Prepare 1 of onion.
- Prepare 4 of tomatoes.
- It's 3 of green chillies.
- Prepare 4 tbsps of butter.
- Prepare 1/2 inch of ginger.
- Prepare 4-5 cloves of garlic.
- You need 2 sprigs of curry leaves.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 pinch of garam masala.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of coriander powder.
- You need 1 pinch of cumin.
- Prepare 1 pinch of aam choor.
- Prepare 30 grams of coriander.
- You need 1 tsp of kasturi methi or dried fenugreek.

- Heat kadai with 2 tbsps butter. Add cumin, mustard seeds, ginger-garlic paste, curry leaves. Let the ginger-garlic paste aroma release..
- Add onions. Cook until slightly transparent. Add tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes until they soften..
- Mash the rajma a little after taking it out..
- Let the mixture cool. put it in a blender. Add half a cup of water blend until it's a paste.
- Add 2 tsps of butter to kadai. Add the mixture to it. Add 1 tsp rock salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, aam choor, garam masala, 1 pinch cumin. Cook for 5 minutes until the oil comes out..
- Add rajma. Cook for 5 minutes. Taste and adjust..
- Add coriander, and dried fenugreek. Cook for 2 minutes..
