  1. It's 100 grams of rajma.
  2. You need 2 tsp of rock salt.
  3. You need 1 of elaichi/cardamom.
  4. Prepare 2 of cloves.
  5. Prepare 1 of marathi mogga /wailong.
  6. Prepare 1/2 inch of cinnamon bark.
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp of shah jeera /black cumin.
  8. It's 2 of bay leaves.
  9. Prepare 1 of onion.
  10. Prepare 4 of tomatoes.
  11. It's 3 of green chillies.
  12. Prepare 4 tbsps of butter.
  13. Prepare 1/2 inch of ginger.
  14. Prepare 4-5 cloves of garlic.
  15. You need 2 sprigs of curry leaves.
  16. Prepare 1 tbsp of chilli powder.
  17. Prepare 1 pinch of garam masala.
  18. Prepare 1/2 tsp of coriander powder.
  19. You need 1 pinch of cumin.
  20. Prepare 1 pinch of aam choor.
  21. Prepare 30 grams of coriander.
  22. You need 1 tsp of kasturi methi or dried fenugreek.

  5. Add onions. Cook until slightly transparent. Add tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes until they soften..
  6. Mash the rajma a little after taking it out..
  7. Let the mixture cool. put it in a blender. Add half a cup of water blend until it's a paste.
  8. Add 2 tsps of butter to kadai. Add the mixture to it. Add 1 tsp rock salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, aam choor, garam masala, 1 pinch cumin. Cook for 5 minutes until the oil comes out..
  9. Add rajma. Cook for 5 minutes. Taste and adjust..
  10. Add coriander, and dried fenugreek. Cook for 2 minutes..
