Rajma masala instructions
- Rinse and soak the rajma in water overnight or for 8-9 hours..
- Then wash the rajma next day and boil in pressure cooker with 2cup water.for 5to6 minutes.
- Now take a heavy bottom pan and put oil into it after heating oil add hing,tej patta and jeera,when jeera cracker then add the paste of onion tomato ginger garlic paste and mix all dry spices and mix well and fry them untill oil get separate and cook for a minute..
- Then add boil rajma into it along with water..
- Mix well and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Check the salt and other spices. If gravy is too thick then add some water and bring it to a boil. If gravy to too thin and watery then let it simmer for few more minutes or till you get your desire gravy consistency.rajma masala is ready.garnish with coriander leaves and serve..
