  18. It's 7-8 of garlic cloves.

  20. It's 1-2 tsp of kasoori methi.
  21. Prepare of Chilla Batter.
  22. Prepare 3/4 cup of besan/gram flour.
  23. It's 1/2 cup of marination.
  24. It's pinch of baking soda.
  25. Prepare to taste of salt.
  26. You need of Veggies Filling in Chilla.

  2. Add 3/4 cup besan in a bowl. add 1/2 cup marination. Add some water to make batter like chilla(neither too thick nor too thin). ajust salt acc to the taste. add few coriander leaves if required.add pinch of baking soda. mix them well.make sure there are no lumps..
  3. Cut onion in slices. capsicum, carrot as Julienne. cut paneer as long stick. add the veggies in marination to coat it. keep it aside for 10-15 mins. Take a pan. add 1 tsp ghee. put the veggies on the pan to roast it. some water will get released while cooking them. let the water evaporate. donot over cook the veggies. turn off the heat when there is no watery texture..

Take a non stick pan or dosa tawa. let it heat. pour the chilla batter with ladle on pan. spread the batter in circular motion like we do for dosa. add some marinated cooked veggies in between of chilla. let it cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat. fold the chilla once chilla turns medium brown colour. turn off the heat. grate some paneer on top of it. paneer is optional. u can add some grated cheese in chilla as well..
