- Then usme ginger garlic paste dal kar 1-2 min cook karein..
- Then usme chopped onion add karke thoda brown hone tak fry karein.
- Then usme usme turmeric, red chilli, coriander, cumin powder add karke achhe mix karna he. Mix ko 2- 3 min tak low flame me cook karein.
- Then usme tomato puree add karke 4-5 min cook karna hai. Aur salt add karna hai.
- Jaba masale ke upar oil Ana suru ho jaye tab rajma ko add karke achhe se mix karna hai..
- Then gravy ke liye usme boiled rajma water Dal ke achhe se ubaal ane tak cook karein.
- Then usme garam Masala, butter add karke 1min cook karein..
