- Soaked rajma in water overnight. Boil the rajma i take 3 glass of water and salt boil it in pressure cooker now closed the lid and of pressure cooker and let it whistle for 4 to 5 time.
- Heat the oil in a pan add cumin seeds,bay leaf and asefoetida now add onions puree and fry and mix it well now add ginger, garlic paste mix it well now we will add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder rajma masala and garam masala mix it well.
- Now add tomatoes puree and mix it very well now add fenugreek leaves mix it well and fry it well till you see oil popping out now add boil rajma in it and mix it well now add salt and cook well now off the flame now take out in a bowl decorated with some chopped coriander leaves now rajma masala is ready to serve with rice.
