- In pan add oil and heat it. add sliced onion in it and fry till golden brown in colour..
- Add ginger garlic paste, coconut paste and onion paste mix well fry for 5 min on low flame.
- Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, salt and chilli powder mix well and cook for 2 min.
- Add kheema mix well add water as required or half cup mix well close lid and cook for 7 to 10 min on low flame..
- Open lid add garam masala and coriander leaves mix well close lid cook till water is Reduced. close the gas flame..
- Heat the coal in gas put the coal in plate keep plate in kheema pan add little bit oil on coal when smoke is coming out close lid. open lid after 5 min and remove coal plate from kheema pan then close lid till serve.
- Serve with chapati, naan with onion and lemon..
