Ingredients of Whosayna’s Tandoori Chicken Chatpati
- Prepare 2 of Chicken (quartered).
- You need 2 tsp of Chilli Powder.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Turmeric Powder.
- It's 4 tbsp of Ginger Garlic Paste.
- You need 1 pinch of Kesar/Orange Colour.
- It's 1 & 1/2 cup of Dahi (Yogurt).
- It's 1/2 tsp of Citric Powder or Lemon juice.
- It's 1 tsp of Tandoori Masala.
Mix all the ingredients together except for the chicken to make the marinade. Marinate the chicken in the mixture overnight. Before you cook the chicken, sprinkle ¼ tsp. of red chili powder evenly over each piece. I've taken my wing game up a notch and crafted these 'Butter Chicken Wings'.

- Take a small pan put 1/2 cup oil and keep on flame, add all ingredients except Chicken and Yogurt, lower the flame and cook till aroma arises.
