  1. For dal -first take soaked black urad dal,drain and wash it. Now add washed chana dal in it. Now in a cooker add both dals with sufficient water,add salt and turmeric powder.Boil it until 3-4 whistles comes. It takes 10 - 15 minutes.keep this boiled dal aside..
  2. Now for tempering - take a pan,add clarified butter. Then add cumin seeds,then add garlic and ginger. Saute it for 1 minute. Then add chopped onion and green chilli.   5. Now take a kadai, heat it on burner. Then put rolled roti on sides. Cook from one side and take out from kadai then for other side cook it again on flame. Tandoori roti is ready. Apply clarified butter on it..
