  2. Prepare 1 1/4 cup of hung curd.
  3. It's 2-3 tbsp of tandoori masala.

  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of cumin powder.
  7. It's 2 tsp of lemon juice.
  8. You need 2 tsp of kasturi methi powder.
  9. You need As per taste of Red chilli powder.
  10. It's as needed of Oil.

Tandoori Chicken instructions

  1. Wash chicken and discard all it's water properly..
  2. In a small bowl take 1/4 cup of red chilli powder add lemon juice(2 tsp) and oil(2 tbsp) and mix well to form a paste.Apply the marination on chicken pieces and keep in refrigerator for 30 mins..
  3. Prepare second marination take hangcurd + salt + tandoori masala + red colour + cumin powder + garam masala + kasturi methi powder and mix it well and apply on chicken pieces..
  4. Keep in refrigerator again for 1 hour..
  5. Then bake them in preheat oven @ 180° for 20 mins..
  6. Then take gas rack and place on a gas and cook the chicken pieces on it for that perfect grill effect..
  7. Serve tandoori chicken with onion lemon and Schezwan.
